About

A creative leader who builds the system, not just the campaign.

I build brands, teams, systems and creative organizations. The measure isn’t only what gets made. It’s what gets better when creative is led well.

Across more than three decades in luxury fashion, retail and global financial services, I’ve brought clarity, standards and a strategic creative voice to complex organizations.

How I Lead

Building Creative Organizations

Good work, made consistently, is an organizational achievement.

My work extends beyond individual campaigns and deliverables. I build the conditions that make exceptional creative work repeatable: strong teams, clear standards, effective operating models and leadership structures that give creative a meaningful voice in the business.

At Goldman Sachs, through Williams Lea, I helped transform Creative Services from a reactive production function into a global creative organization spanning New York, London, Hong Kong and India. I developed multidisciplinary capabilities, strengthened creative leadership and built the teams and systems needed to deliver consistently at scale.

Connecting Brand and Business

Luxury taught me how to create desire. Finance taught me how to lead at scale.

Twenty-four years at Ralph Lauren shaped my understanding of brand stewardship: how stories are told, how environments create emotion and how every customer touchpoint contributes to a coherent brand experience. My work spanned retail environments, visual merchandising, experiential events and global brand initiatives.

Financial services brought those same principles into an environment defined by complexity, speed, confidentiality and precision. The disciplines were different, but the underlying responsibility remained the same: protect the brand, elevate the work and connect creative decisions to business objectives.

Leading Through People

Creative leadership isn’t about being the best technician in the room.

It means establishing a clear point of view, recognizing talent, setting standards and building trust with senior stakeholders. Above all, it means creating an environment where exceptional work can happen without the leader needing to direct every execution.

I’ve hired, developed and promoted creative talent while building leadership capability within teams. My greatest contribution is bringing judgment, direction and brand stewardship to the work, developing the people behind it and connecting creative ambition to what the business needs.

Different industries. Different challenges. The same conviction: creative leadership is about building organizations where brand integrity, exceptional work and business performance reinforce one another.

The best creative organizations do more than make good work. They bring clarity, protect the brand, grow talent, earn trust and make creative a real partner to the business.

My role is to build the conditions that make that possible.
