Through financial sponsorship and executive volunteer participation, Ralph Lauren supported a YWCA career-pathing program designed to advance women's professional development.

The program culminated in a recognition luncheon celebrating the women who successfully completed it, honoring their accomplishments and marking an important milestone in their professional journeys.

As Creative Director, Executive Producer, and Producer, I led the creative direction and event production, helping translate Ralph Lauren's commitment to community engagement into a meaningful celebration of achievement.
